This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 9th floor at Bayshore Tower was repainted, recarpeted and refurnished with a rich tropical style in late 2008. The condo offers beautiful living area furnishings complete with a flat-screen HDTV, designer dishes for
dining in, high-quality queen beds in both bedrooms, and a counter-height lanai set that allows you to see over the railing to take in the ocean view. Of course the owners have also provided a work area with a telephone and high-speed Internet.
The condo can sleep four comfortably with two queen beds and each bedroom has an en suite bath. Just bring your clothes and toothbrushes because everything is provided for you: linens, dishes, pots and pans, appliances, as well as cable TV, DVD, and
radio/iPod player; we tried to think of everything you might need! There is a coin-operated washer/dryer available on the first floor of the complex.
The Bayshore Tower condominium has an oceanfront swimming pool, a small fitness center, and a large recreation room and library for guests. You have an assigned parking space.
Please note that this complex has a 30-night minimum stay requirement.
Year-round monthly rate range is $1950 - $2300, depending upon the dates of your visit. There is a monthly cleaning fee of $95.
