•	Rent for the selected dates and number of guests.
•	Charges: a damage waiver fee and a cleaning fee for some properties.
•	Tax: Hawaii tax of 13.4166% on rent + charges.
•	Deposit: a security deposit in some circumstances.

•	A $200–$500 rent deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Your confirmation will show the exact deposit amount.
•	The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
•	Payments by check or major credit card.

•	If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75.
•	If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we make a refund only if the unit can be re-booked.
•	We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.

•	Check-in time: 3 PM; check-out time: 11 AM.
•	Please let us know if you require an early check-in or late check-out. We try to accommodate those requests with advance notice.
