This spacious, 2000 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a very well equipped kitchen, and a huge great room with spectacular views through its many windows. The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished and is decorated with objets d'art from around the world.
The master bedroom suite boasts an elevated king bed, sitting area, and immaculate redwood and blue tile master bath with clawfoot rosepetal bathtub and dual shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a hotel double. There is also a second full bath in green tile and redwood.
Waikoloa is a golfer's paradise, boasting 3 championship courses. Our guests at Alaua Hale are eligible to receive discounts at the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, just 5 minutes from the house. The 6,791-yard par-72 course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., is a favorite of local golfers and features complete practice facilities and a pro shop. Our guests can get free access to the pool facilities at the Wailoloa Village Golf Course as well.
