Condo was in excellent shape. I believe everything was new. The coffee pot had never been used. Building was quiet except for the roar of the ocean. Had some strong winds while we were there. Did not enjoy the rooster crowing at 3:30 a.m.

We'll certainly stay there again when we go to Hilo (if there is a unit available). I especially like the heated pool and the security. Private parking space is nice too.
